Wednesday – Sunday: 12:00 am – 5:00 pm
While I do my best to update the hours each season ,if the gate is closed please do not open the gate and go into the winery.
All the Island Spirit Legacy Caches are within a 2 steps of the trail, unless otherwise noted. There is no need to bushwack or trample the vegetation.
Lavender
Much like the Mediterranean, the Cowichan Valley has the perfect climate for vineyards and also growing fields of the best-loved herb, lavender. Because of this warm climate, some Cowichan Valley lavender farms conceived the idea of a lavender trail and Festival of Lavender. Many of the regions farms offer a Mediterranean ambience and have capitalized on the dream to become a holiday destination with lavender experiences as a common thread. Visitors to the Cowichan Valley lavender farms will learn that Lavender is one of the most complex of all the essential oils with a vast array of uses… including lavender sugar and a lavender labyrinth!
