In your journey towards the Cross Tragea Keramoti after the village Moni is a deserted settlement called Sifones which belongs to the community of Moni. Just outside the settlement, lies an old two-aisled church dating to the 14 century.
You can see here the sign that will help you to find the right way to approach the crypt.
Except of the cache logbook, inside the church you will find also a guest logbook of the country church and something that will help you to catch the cache. Try not to search for the crypt on August 29 in the morning as it is the feast day of the church and the people of the whole village Moni is there and many times after the mass take place a feast with live traditional music, food and drinks.

Στην διαδρομή Τραγέα (Χαλκί) προς Σταυρό Κεραμωτής, μετά το χωριό Μονή υπάρχει ένα παλιό εγκαταλειμμένο χωριό που ονομάζεται Σίφωνες και ανήκει στην κοινότητα Μονής. Λίγο πιο έξω από το χωριό αυτό υπάρχει το εξωκκλήσι του Αι Γιάννη. Είναι μία δίκλιτη εκκλησία του 14 αιώνα αφιερωμένη στους Αι Γιάννη και Αι Γιώργη.
ΕΔΩ μπορείτε να δείτε την φωτογραφία της πινακίδας που θα σας βοηθήσει να πλησιάσετε στην κρύπτη.
Εκτός από το βιβλίο επισκεπτών που θα βρείτε στην κρύπτη μέσα στην εκκλησία υπάρχει βιβλίο επισκεπτών της εκκλησίας και κάτι που θα σας βοηθήσει να βρείτε την κρύπτη. Μην προσπαθείσετε να βρείτε την κρύπτη το πρωί της 29 Αυγούστου γιατί είναι η ημέρα γιορτής της εκκλησίας και είναι εκεί όλοι οι κάτοικοι του χωριού της Μονής και μετά την θεία λειτουργία γίνετε γλέντι με φαγητά ποτά και παραδοσιακή ζωντανή μουσική.

Είναι ένα μικρό κυλινδρικό κουτί που περιέχει βιβλίο επισκεπτών, μολύβι, ενημερωτικό σημείωμα για το geocaching τα οποία και παρακαλούμε να μην τα αφαιρέσετε, μερικά ανταλλάξιμα αντικείμενα και ένα βραβείο για τον πρώτο που θα βρεί την κρύπτη.
