Geocache Description:

Dear friend,

please pardon our boldness to bother you with an urgent request. Although we have not met before we are sure you are our only hope.
May we introduce ourselves? We are Chronoluminauts, using the power and magic of light to travel through time and space. You are in doubt? Actually not everything they taught you at school was true, my friend.

Now you must follow us carefully.
Some, so to speak, "days" ago we left our home in 1891 for another merry excursion. We spend some jolly hours on a festivity called "Klenkes 2038". But on our way back home some unpleasant misfortune befell us. Our time machine grazed a flock of flying seconds and got into heavy turbulences. Fortunately we stayed unhurt, but our vehicle got badly damaged. It lost many of its parts and, tragically, the heart of its power: the Chronolumidiamond.

Now, dear friend, it is up to you. Please help us to return home.

Travelling through the Twenty-First Century we must have lost our propulsion system somewhere in 2012. Fortunately we were able to locate one of the missing instruments. We are sure it will lead you to our lost Chronolumidiamond. Of course you are not practiced in using tools on such technologically advanced level. But we trust in your imagination.

Do not hesitate. Put a bright torch light, an ultraviolet lamp and a time travel tool set in your expedition bag and look for the first lost device.

Oh, you do not have a time travel tool set? So kindly take ours! You can find it on your left, fixed at the black board.

Good luck, brave friend! And always remember: THE LIGHT IS THE KEY.

Additional Information

Attention: the time travel tool set has been changed on 2013-05-30

Length: 4km
Duration: 2-3 hours

Please do not make this cache on rainy or foggy days. It will be much more difficult for you, and a station might get damaged.
Please make sure to rehide all stations carefully. Just make it look natural and inconspicuous.
If a station can't be found or seems to be defective, please write a log or an email so we can fix it.

This is not a night-cache. Please start at least two hours before dusk since it is not allowed to walk in the woods after the sun went down.

No spoilers or pictures, please!
