This cache is located with Ramsgate Harbour. I placed this on the way back from finding a nearby cache called Next Stop France and also performing maintainence on my nearby cache called By the Sea.
It is also located right near the beach where there is a Kent Monthly Meet #33 being held on the beach on 16th June 2012.
The harbour can get really busy with muggles and also with muggle fisherman fishing of the harbour wall. Please use extra stealth as to not draw attention to yourself.
The cache is a magnetic micro, so please bring a pen so sign the log. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN RETRIVING AND REPLACING THE CACHE AS TO NOT PUSH TOO FAR UP INSIDE THE POST ITS LOCATED IN. THANKYOU.
