How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
The cache is at the above location. To claim the cache you will need to have met the criteria stated below.
In the early days of caching groovy_gav and I used the same cache stats that gave different colours on the UK map for the number of caches found in each County. The ultimate was to find 50 caches in a County which gave you a nice pink area on the map.
This challenge (although doesn't aim to change cachers habits) hopes to highlight there is a lot of nice Countryside in the British Isles.
So to the Challenge:
To claim this cache you will need to have found at least 50 caches in at least 10 Counties of England, Scotland or Wales.
To prove that you have achieved the challenge you will need to have put together a Bookmark or some other way of proving your completion.
Optional: I will accept a copy screen of your stats page if it shows number of caches found in each County.
I have achieved this Challenge by finding at least 50 caches in:
The cache is a magnetic small container with room for swaps.
Rating this cache was difficult and I have taken advice. I have come up with 4 for difficulty and 4 for terrain taking into consideration the amount of travelling and walking required. I am happy for comments on the rating.
The cache is situated in an area which gives some nice views across farmland and towards the valley at Eynsford. I think it reflects Kent quite well. Yes there is the motorway as well but they are part of modern life. Love them or hate them.
