Geocache Description:

The cache is placed at the edge of a long row of trees known as a shelterbelt. The early homesteaders planted rows of trees to provide shade from the hot sun in the Summer and to protect their homes and barns from the strong winds in the Winter.

This cache is in a small watertight container and is easily accessed. It is on private property and the owners have given their permission to place it here. If you see anyone, just smile and wave, as the people around here are pretty friendly.
