This is the third in a series of caches that will take you through a surprising natural area in the heart of Peterborough's suburbia.
**Apparently not accessible in the winter! In the spring, we will fix it up and make it a year round cache. Sorry to all those who found it but couldn't log!** This caches is located in near an open meadow habitat where you can spot many species of butterflies in the summer and animal tracks in the winter. We've spotted signs of skunk, raccoon, weasel, and even wild turkey! It's a nice area for easy snowshoeing with kids.
Parking is nearby, or you can access it from cache #2 in the series.
It is well hidden, please return the cache exactly as found. Bring your own pen, trade items must be very small. Loonie to the FTF!
