How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

When: Wednesday December 12th 2012 from 6pm until the LTL (Last To Leave) goes home!

Where: The Halfway House, Church Street, Connahs Quay, Flintshire Wales CH5 4AS

(Food purchase is optional and NOT required to attend event!)

Why: to come out and mingle with other cachers, swap tales, geocoins & TB's, and earn a smiley for doing it!

We hope you will come and join us at our event and make it as memorable as previous events.

The event officially starts at 6pm, however, if you wish to arrive earlier for some grub then please feel free.

Food can be ordered from 12 noon until 8:45pm.

Sorry, but Junior Geocachers have to leave the premises by 9pm.

A children's Menu is also available upon request.

Would you please state on your log how many will be attending and how many would like to order food. This will allow us to ensure adequate seating will be provided. You can pre-order your food (which would be great help to the pub owners) by ringing the venue direct on 01244 819013. When doing so, please mention you are part of the Group meeting.

We will be holding a FREE raffle and the first person to win will have the 'Official FTF' for the event plus first choice of the prizes.

Lady Harveyjj has made lots of her scrumptious biscuits again.

We will be releasing some caches on the day of the event....

There will be a limited edition coin available featuring a Worldwide design but this is a bespoke UK Edition only, so very limited in numbers! We have 32 available.

Please let us know if you would like to order a coin with your will attend log. The coins will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The coin is shown in the picture below.
