Anglesea beach cache #3 Rocks 'n' ramp Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Happiikhat: Finding myself with less and less time these days, particularly time in which i can return to this little town (live quite some distance away). With that in mind I am choosing to archive this cache, apologies for the late response and inconveniences to those who went looking while it was gone, perhaps someone else might have some other ideas for caches near this spot once it's free'd up.

Geocache Description:

The Anglesea beaches cache series is a series designed to take you along some great beaches along the great ocean road and some beautiful and fun locations in Anglesea and Airey's Inlet.

This particular cache is situated on a lookout a short walk down from the SLSC and carpark and looks over the beach and surrounding area. Below here is the main beach boat ramp and a pile of rocks with lots of great rock pools for any kids to play in, this beach is great for swimming, surfing( great for beginner's and experienced) and just walking and relaxing. The beach itself is great for kids though there can be rips and big waves so I highly recommend adult supervision.
Also near here is the Surf Life Saving Club.
The cache itself is in a small tupperware container containing a logbook, pen (it may go missing so bringing your own is good), the geocaching warning notice and swappables, it is camoflauged to blend in to its surroundings.

To get to this cache it is a small walk from the carpark and SLSC, i will mark in the waypoints, and a quick walk down the ramp. You will not need to jump over any fences and doing so in this case is illegal  and unsafe and will not help our environment, however i do have permission for placement.

Some of the dificulty is due to high muggle activity and the cache will require stealth as the area is slightly exposed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING THIS CACHE IN FULL LIGHT IN SUMMER.

Hope you like it and will take some time to appreciate and possibly use the surrounding SLSC, area and beach.

Happy caching and good luck from Happycat12.

PS. PLEASE PUT THIS CACHE BACK EXACTLY WHERE YOU FOUND IT!
