Whodunit #10: Mystery Solved! Mystery Cache

This series is based on the board game Whodunit.  There are 10 caches altogether. You can find caches #1-9 independently and in any order, but if you want to find this final cache, you will need to solve the puzzle by finding all of the first 9.
