Un excel·lent equipament a Esplugues, apropant des de fa molts anys la cultura als ciutadans, que en aquestes instal·lacions arriba al seu punt àlgid. Pioniera en el préstec de llibres electrònics i no només amb llibres sino també amb equipaments multimedia.
Recordant la que fou bibliotecària d'Esplugues durant moltissims anys, i impulsora al poble de tota mena d'activitats culturals, la Srta. Natàlia Hernández. Amb tot el meu agraïment.
