Indian Battle Park - CARL4 Traditional Cache
4 the Fun of It: Yes, it is MIA again. I had to replace this cache in its hiding place several times lately, and clean out pebbles and bottle lids left by visitors. Probably time to make this area available. I'm glad there were 651 finds on this cache over its nearly 11 years in this spot!

Indian Battle Park is a park located in the Oldman River valley urban park system of Lethbridge, Alberta. The 150-acre park was developed in 1960 and commemorates the battle in the area on 24 October 1870 between the Blackfoot and the Cree. Much of the battle took place in Indian Battle Coulee on the West side of the river, while the retreat across the river ended in a last stand close to the Coal Banks Interpretive Site.
