Peterborough seems to be surrounded by level crossings. This series of caches are placed near to the crossings, but far enough away to avoid any security concerns. After starting in the Helpston area (to the North), the series is now heading Eastwards, from Whittlesey towards March.
Please be aware of driving muggles and be stealthy. The hint will take you straight to the cache.
