Geocache Description:

Third, and final "Bend" cache located in Wilkie Park.

Bison Tube, it is NOT in the parking lot. Stay in the park. BYOP, and tweezers are a good idea. This is requires a little more stealth than the other two. Congrats to DEGoldy on FTF
