Geocache Description:

2nd Mate Thompson
Photobucket

While doing a survey of the Canning Channel, the 2nd Mate Thompson decided the crew needed some relaxation time before we sailed into the treacherous area, Slab Gully. He spied a water feature that was just what the crew required, a natural spa. We decided to camp here for the night and enjoy a few ales that we had brought from the Ghiksy Watering Hole.

There were many native birds, fish and a reticulated python. In the morning, the crew had to leave in a hurry as they heard a horde of Hilbrennas  in the hills. Such was there haste they left a momento to find, please enjoy the views here and the natural spa effect in the river.
