Saturday, June 30 @ 2:30p.m. - 3:00p.m.
Near Arch Over Old Liadski City Gate, Maidan Nezalezhnosti

Please Note: I've moved the location of the event out of the Fan Zone, since a concert is happening in the evening, and the last time there was an evening concert they blocked off the area near Independence Monument during the day to prepare. The new location is now next to the cache Another View of Maidan (GC1E487).

As the hours till the final game of Euro 2012 in Kyiv tick down, I thought I'd have a short, informal event the day before for any geocachers in town for the match. I'll be hanging out for a half hour by the cache Another View of Maidan (GC1E487), near the arch over the old Liadski City Gate and outside the Fan Zone.


Any cachers around are welcome to come, share stories, sign the log, and swap travel bugs/geocoins that want to travel to different countries. Look for Islander at the edge of the walk area by the trees, with a GPS and small banner partially unfurled containing the geocaching logo. Hope to see some people there!
