This park is in Caledonia, the Wild Turkey Capitol of Minnesota. Both deer and turkeys werre in a large enclosure along Main Street by the fairgrounds. (The turkeys look similar to MN's wild turkeys, but are actually a different, domesticated breed.) They were moved and were replaced by elk!
This cache is a magnetic key holder which should be easy to find. Enjoy watching the animals while you sit on the memorial benches or look for the cache. This park belongs to the Rod and Gun Club. Permission for placing the cache was given by Steve Peter. The only time parking would be a problem is if you come during the Houston County Fair in mid-August.
