Geocache Description:

Not sure if this fence is to keep people in or out! This cache has made it escape and is hiding from the local police. Every cacher that signs the log gets him closer to total escape and freedom!! Your looking for a camo crystal lite container with log and swag. BYOP.Congrats to ICU! and PZ02 on FTF. I upped the difficulty rating as this one has been giving some seasoned cachers a little trouble.
