You are seeking a micro hidden in the tradition of the Wholly G'rails Series of caches.  "The Wholly G'rails are designed for the busy cacher who, for whatever reason, doesn't have a lot of time to search." This is a busy road, so be sure to pull off the road completely and watch for cars. BYOP.
