Parklands (Canterbury) Multi-Cache

This cache guides you through the beautiful area of Parklands, in the north-east of Christchurch.
It leads you through this beautiful suburb where I stayed for half a year. As I really enjoyed my time in New Zealand, I decided to place this cache near my homestay.
This is a longer walk or bike ride. I don't recommend it by car as you have to pass some small parks. You can park your car next to the start point.
START: Number of letter "A" in the first line = A
STAGE1: Arrows on the sign +5 = B
STAGE2: Number of words in capital letters on the grey field = C
STAGE3: Number of letters in the first word = D
STAGE4: Number of letters in the second word +2 = E
STAGE5: Number of all letters - 1 = FG
STAGE6: Number of fishes + 3 = H
STAGE7: Number of letter "Y"=I letter "G"=J
FINAL: S 43°AB.CDE E 172°FG.HIJ
The final coordinates aren't very precise. Please be extremely careful at the final as there is a school nearby and people doing sport and walking with their dogs.
