This bridge was officially opened on DD.M.1982 jointly by the Mayor of Cairns and the Chairman of the Mulgrave Shire Council.
Not many people think of the importance of this construction when passing by everyday. However, for modern treasure hunters amongst the passers-by there is a cache hidden at
S16°57.DDM' E145°44.214'.
They just have to go for it.
