Geocache Description:

Mir wollten iech mat desem Multi e beschen Geschicht vu Käerch weisen. De Final leit leider e puer honnert meter wech, Wegl macht den Container erem sou zereck wei der een fonnt hudd. Merci.
Little walk trough the towncenter of Koerich where you can see a bit of it's history. The final lies some hundred meters away from last WP.You can go there by car if you want. Pls put the special Container back as you found it

WP1
-An desem Haus huet dem Michel Rodange während e puer Joer gewunnt. Während deser Zeit huet hien op der Cap geschafft.
-In This house, the nationa writer Michel Rodange lived for a few years. He worked in Capellen

WP2
-Die bekanntesten Barocken Kierch aus dem Land. Gidd se rouech besichen
-The most famous barock Church in Luxemburg. Come and take a look inside

WP3
-Bis an 90'er Joeren huet hei am Haus en Dechen gewunnt. Lo wunnt hei eng Kentschlerin.
-Till the 90's lived a "Dechen" in this house. Now the house is owned by a local Artist.

WP4
-Lo get de Wee langcht Waaserschlass, och nach Greivelsschlass genannt. Et get am moment renoveiert. Daat renoveiert Haus am Hannergronnt ass elo en Architektenbüro.
-On the Way to this WP you'll see the ols Watercastle also named Greivelsschlass. It's getting renovated atm. In the Background you see an already renovated house, where today is living an Architek-Company.

WP5
-Hei ass den Festsall vum Hellegen Remi och nach Remigiussall genannt. Den Sall deen den Kirchlechen Vereiner geheiert get genotzt fir fester an Reunionen.
-This is the ceremonial hall from the Saint Remi also named Remigiussall. This hall who belongs to the Church associations is used for reunions and parties.

-Zenter 1989 ass hei Gemeng. Firdrun war et e Privathaus mat engem scheinen Gaard deen bis bei Spillplatz gangen ass.
-The local Township is located in this building from 1989. Befor 1989, it was a normal house with a big beautiful garden.

-Lenesbur, haut Lannebur, ass deen eelsten an leschte Bur an der Gemeng Käerch. En ass 1985 renoveiert gin.
-Lenesbur, named today Lanneburg is the oldest and also the last water hole in the Township Koerich. It got renovated in 1985.

WP8
-Fockeschlass ass daat 2. Schlass an der Gemeng vun deem awer haut neischt mei ze gesinn ass. Daat eenyecht waat nach do ass, ass en Info-Panneau wou all neideg informationen drop stin. Lo steht en Festsall do deen och schons eng keier renoveiert gin ass.
-Fockeschlass is the 2nd castle in town. But there is not much more left from the old walls. Onlz an Info/Sign is there where you can find all information needed. Today you find here another ceremonial hall here who also got renovated in the last years.
