Designed to be appreciated from afar, stop in to view this piece of sculpture by Warrandyte artiste Inge King (continuation of a theme started by The Rebel Alliance, and continued with permission)

Fire up Google to answer a few questions or follow link.
You will have to get up close and personal to find clues E and F.
Take the first number from each answer to solve coords Or convert the first letter to a number using basic (A=0) alpha-numeric transposition, any numbers larger than 1 digit, add together to get a single number.

The questions:
A= Inges' maiden name?
B= What year was sculpture placed here?
C= Height of sculpture in m?
D= What is the GC code of this sculptors contribution placed at the art-centre (after the GC)
E= Number of flood-lights (working and non) pointed at installation?
F= Number of sides in the shape of the concrete slab under the sculpture?
