Geocache Description:

Thought this would be easy but the logs say otherwise. You should have some protection from prying eye once you get close. While it's small enough that I labled it a micro it is posible that some things could be banked here so feel free to do so as long as it doesn't mess with the integrity of the cache container.

I had to raise the difficulty rating of the cache because So of so many DNF. I've checked after ever other DNFs and if's always been there. But I knew this need to be raised so I did. When I was younger I used to skate here in FDR park all the time. It is extreamly well know for it's concret park. I wish I had more information on the park but I really just don't know. There are a couple other caches here in the park so be sure to look for them if you haven't found them already.

The cache is a "power-up." Finding it should make you about 10' tall. It's hidden in it's natural enviorment. When you find it you will be ouit of sight from just about everyone around the location. There may be a little fence there to keep out children but going past it is allowed. There should be a break in the fence all the way on it's right side. The cache is about 15 feet into the stand from the entrance described above.
