SIMÃO FOUNTAIN
Suas águas puras foram consideradas de valor terapêutico para doenças estomacais. Seu nome tem origem na história de Simão Cirineu Saraiva, figura de destaque no município de Campos do Jordão na década de 20 e que teria se curado de úlcera bebendo das águas da fonte. Entre outros feitos, Simão foi o responsável pela construção do primeiro reservatório de água de Campos do Jordão.
Its pure waters were considered of therapeutic value for stomach ailments. Its name comes from the story of Simão Cirineu Saraiva, a leading figure in the city of Campos do Jordão in the 20s and that would have healed ulcer drinking water from this fountain. Among other achievements, Simão was responsible for building the first water reservoir in Campos do Jordão.
