Geocache Description:

I got to this location by boat but you can access it by the main land. The cache is on a beach we like to call Seagull Peninsula because every time we are there we see many Seagulls. The beach is south of Saw Mill Point, South of the Rock Cut and Neebish Island ferry in Barbaeu, MI. We headed south along side the mighty freighters of the Great Lakes passed buoy #17 where we say an Osprey Nest.

I got to this location by boat but you can access it by the main land. The cache is on a beach we like to call Seagull Peninsula because every time we are there we see many Seagulls. The container is a 1.2 qt size "water proof" container I bought at the Big Box Store's camping supply section.  The beach is south of Saw Mill Point, South of the Rock Cut and Neebish Island ferry in Barbaeu, MI. We headed south along side the mighty freighters of the Great Lakes passed buoy #17 where we say an Osprey Nest. The beach is not far away now. Once on the beach we found a nice hiding spot somewhere in the short grass, look for some temporary land marks if they are still standing and and you're pretty close. You can get to this spot by land off the main road but there might be more bushwhacking then average person would want.
