Geocache Description:

Another bit of Alberta history. Just to the north of this carin is a closed road that used to lead west to a coal mine. The road was taken out by the big flood we had in 2005. There was a town there in its heyday, and I have been told was called Bitumen and hence the name of the cache, which is name after a school that used to be on this site. When the County upgraded the road here, they moved the original school house to the west and north of here.
Both my GPS units have decided to act up. They both wanted to be boss.
So if you have found the carin, the cache which is a small LnL, is hiding behind a spruce tree about 12' east of this spot.
