Eine niederländische Immobiliengesellschaft ließ von 2011 bis 2012 das 'Feriendorf Obertraun' errichten.
Die ansässigen Firmen hatten dadurch volle Auftragsbücher, der Ort erhofft sich einen Aufschwung , einige Arbeitsplätze konnten geschaffen werden, die Investoren glauben an ein gutes Geschäft, und die wenigen Bedenken des Naturschutzes waren bald überwunden, sodass in Rekordzeit ein schönes Dorf entstand.
Im Mai 2012 wurde das Feriendorf eröffnet.
A Company from the Netherlands ordered the construction of the 'Resort Obertraun' from 2011 to 2012.
So the local employers had a lot of work, the community of Obertraun expects a commercial boom, several jobs have been created, the Dutch investors hope to make earnings, and as there were no reasonable arguements for nature protection, this nice village developed at record speed.
