A series of tree climbing caches set in glorious Mid Wales countryside, with the River Mule nearby and the Kerry Ridge-way as a backdrop.
All caches are set in farmland, and depending on the time of the year will have livestock in various shapes and sizes in the fields, care and respect for animals should be taken and the normal countryside rules apply (geo kids and dogs kept under control). Appropriate clothing is advisable at any time of the year as conditions can go from muddy to even muddier and in the warmer months nettles and thistles are everywhere.
To find the caches the trees will have to be climbed! Remember climbing up is easier than coming down, a helpful hand might sometimes be useful, but once up you'll be rewarded with remarkable trees or views of the area!
This cache is set in an old oak tree on the edge of an old coppice woodland.
