This cache is being placed to celebrate our family's 101st cache. Geocaching has taken us to lots of interesting places. Among some of our favorites are places we had no idea existed in our own community and this spot is by far one of the best little secrets that we found while caching. Trying to find "Hidden Lakes" brought us to this great location. Despite the fact that our trip equipped us with one more "DNF", we had a great time looking for it and still frequent these lakes on a regular visit for a quick stroll on the trail. Our DNF was soon explained as it turned up MIA and was archived. A little sad that there was no longer a cache to lure people to this neat little place- we decided to place our very first hide here. Since it was also to celebrate our 101st find- we have named it "Pongo" from the "101 Dalmatians" movie.
