Want an adventure? This cache is for you. Feet will get wet, muggles may be present, and there is a bit of bushwacking ahead, but if you are up for it, you will have fun talking about this one. Congrats to owc2011 and Goff-Family for FTF!
Again, NLARTXTOMATEL3 and I went out to continue our Island Caching Adventure. I scoped out a few areas, we met up, and were on our way. This one is at the end of the third island as you can see by the coordinates. Not many trails along the way, and there are parts where crossing water may be necessary. This is off the Arkansas River, so the water depth may change, so use your best judgment when going for this cache. This is also not a river for swimming, currents can be dangerous, so enjoy the view, but don't go swimming. You may encounter animals, bugs, and muggles, so keep your eyes peeled. Bushwacking will be necessary as well, and although tough, you have lots of options of routes to take, you just have to blaze your own trail to get there. The cache itself is an old chocolate milk bottle sold in a connivence store. There is a pen inside, a log, and the cache is secured by fishing line so that in higher water times, it will remain close by. Put it back where you found it and good luck!
