Geocache Description:

Night cache in a suburban park

This should be a short and straightforward night-cache taking you on a walk through this suburban park squeezed between the railway station and freeway. Once at the published location follow the retro-reflector marked trail to GZ.

Pay special attention to the parking and crossing waypoints. Parking in the station carpark is asking for a potential fine, there is good street parking opposite the end of Beaven Avenue to the NW of the station carpark. There is a pedestrian rail crossing here - USE IT and obey all signals! At no stage should you approach the railway tracks during this caching expedition (except at the official pedestrian crossing to/from the parking spot). If you are heading towards the tracks you're going the wrong way - go back and look around again!

The cache is a good sized one and should be safe for many travelbug/geocoins - a large ziplock bag is inside for them, as well as the smaller one for the logbook and pen.

Please take care of the hide (especially the "camouflage") and as always use stealth. Beware night-time dog-walkers and the commuter on foot and two-wheels (especially when trains arrive). In summer there are BBQ facilities in the park so this could present an additional challenge. Please don't attempt if muggles are in the park - thanks.

FTF honour goes to C@H - well done (will check later)
