What a waste Traditional Cache

I use this place sometimes as a starting point to walk my hound but a car can be parked nearby while you seek your reward.
This cache is smaller than your average micro so could it be magnetic? I will let you decide, the cache has a log book but no room for a pen so please bring one along.
