Geocache Description:


This is a replica of the first cache I ever found in New Orleans with a twist on the original. The cache is named after the way Louis Armstrong would close his letters as a homage to the city where I began my caching journey, The cache itself doubles as a cache and a Travel Bug and Geocoin motel. Near the cache I have hidden a key to access the hotel. You DO NOT need to find the key to log the cache. As a matter of fact, the cache is removable from the container and has a small compartment that you can reach into to pull items out and push items in. Make sure the items are small. The key is a strictly optional sidequest and is not able to be logged as a cache. Its sole purpose is to give your travelbug or geocoin a secure place during its stay. I have found that many travelbugs and geocoins have gone MIA because they get confused with items that can be swapped. I am hoping that the two compartments in this cache will prevent that from occurring. This is a nice and easy one for beginners and I hope caching veterans find as much pleasure in the cache as I did in placing it before Whizard could place a cache at this location. Enjoy!
