This cache was inspired by one I found recently on the Isle of Man - it took me four attempts to find it!
THE CACHE IS INSIDE THE PHONE BOX.
Please be gentle with it, and bring a pen to sign the log
The red telephone box designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, is a familiar sight on the streets of the UK. The colour red was chosen to make them easy to spot.
Upon the privatisation of British Telecom (BT), a more utilitarian design began to replace most of the existing boxes. Some 2000 boxes were given listed status and several thousand others were left on low-revenue mostly rural sites, such as this one.
