The cache is not at the listed co-ordinates.

To locate the cache you must first find the co-ordintes for its location and these are hidden somewhere either at the entrance, within or at the exit of the tunnel.
You will need to bring along an ultra violet torch to locate the co-ords and it might be worth using the tunnels darkness to aid you.
