Whenever the Steeves Memorial Scouts go on an outing, we try to hide a cache. This is the 14th cache is an ongoing series.
Every spring, as our last outing of the school year, we like to go for a bike ride. We start at the entrance to the old dump, where the causeway meets the traffic circle. We bike over the old dump on the riverfront trail, then across the Gunningsville Bridge, and along the Riverfront Trail in Riverview, stopping at one of the many ice cream parlours along the way for a frosty treat. We also grab a few geocaches while we're at it.
This year, the kids decided to hide one of their own while we were riding. You are looking for a 15 mL camoed Nalgene container (roughly the size of your thumb).
This is an easy one. Park. Grab. Log. Enjoy.
