The cache is placed on a rocky outcrop off the base track.You will need to navigate across a shelly beach.During a big tide or when the sea is really rough you may get damp.Swimming will not be neccessary.
The cache is black bison tube containing only a log.Due to the terrain co ords may suffer a variance of perhaps a couple of metres.
When Murray & Janet placed Around the Mount i decided this had to be the start of a series on this extremely popular reserve so i placed Around the Mount 2.Around the Mount 3 & 4 have since been placed but still no no 1.I must have had serious brain fade at the time but hopefully have rectified that with this placement.
