The cache IS at the given location. The cache may be found and the log can be signed at any time. However, you must meet the criteria below to log it as a find. The difficulty rating is for the challenge, not the hide.
To claim this as a find you must find a cache in every 1000 ft increment of elevation between 1000 ft below sea level and 11,000 ft. To verify your claim, post a list of the 12 caches in each of the 1000 ft intervals in your "found it" log. Please include GC codes and names. My list looks like this:

All cache finds, regardless of date, count toward the challenge, and this cache can count for the 6000 - 7000 ft interval. Extra bonus points if each of the 12 is in a different state or province.
May be hard to find in the winter.
