The Castle of Chaos was recently torn down from this location. The new business built at this location is also chaos when I stop here in the morning on my way to work. The spot where the cache is hidden is not quite as chaotic, its almost calm. There is a nice spot where you can sit down and sign the log. There are a lot of muggles in the area so please be stealthy and rehide the cache well. Good Luck!
