Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the “Mid North Coast Wander” series of 201 caches. The series will take you on a magnificent journey highlighting this spectacular region. Starting at the base of Middle Brother and finishing at Pilots Beach Dunbogan; this 160 km trail is truly quite stunning and we are sure you will have a wonderful time touring the area.

A lot of the trails and roads around this area go absolutely nowhere as we have experienced once or twice! For instance this High Stump Trail just does a loop and comes back to Big Nellie Rd about 500 metres back. 200 metres further down is Beech Rd which on our maps shows that it joins Burrawang Rd and then an easy access to Watui Rd and out of the mountains - however if you take that road you will be confronted with 3 gates declaring that it is private property along that route and that a bull will get you!
