Discover Flinton in L&A County Passport
Discover Flinton in L&A County

Established in about 1853, the village of Flinton is found in Addington Highlands Township, and is home to the township office. The Flinton Conservation Area is a great spot to visit to appreciate nature. At one time, the Flinton Conservation Area was home to Flint Mills, and was later replaced by a gold mine. An earlier dam was constructed at this location in the early 1920s, and the current dam was built in 1979.

This geocache is one of 15 found in the Discover L&A County Geocaching Passport Tour.  Passports can be picked up at the following locations:

Each time you locate a cache, punch your passport.  Once all 15 geocaches are found, the passport can be redeemed for a free L&A County Geocoin. Visit the County of Lennox & Addington Office or the Land O' Lakes Tourist Office to collect your Geocoin, or mail in the completed passport (please include your return address and cacher name) to the following address to have the geocoin mailed to you:
