Geocache Description:

Traditional Ammo Can in the woods Hide. Shhhh be very QUIET. Don’t give away the location.

2/14/2013 The ALARMing aspect of the cache has been removed. It didn't survive the elements. Cache remains as a traditional Ammo Can.

This cache is located in the beautiful and quiet Springton Manor Farm Park in Chester County. Park is open 8am to dusk. I see many people mention this is their favorite kind of cache. A nice .3 mile walk (as the crow flies) along a beautiful wooded trail. There are some old structures nestled among the trees to explore. You are looking for a camouflaged 30 caliber ammo can. If you are quiet, you are sure to see deer, squirrels, ground hogs and many other assorted creatures. I saw some jack-in-the-pulpit near the GZ. Bow hunting when the season. Take care. Cache is filled with swag. For best results, check out a map of the trails in the park. Cache is along the Indian Run Trail in the North Western section of the park. There are some small side streams to cross. They are mostly dry now. Parking coordinates are for the lower parking lot. A special thanks to Korat for pushing me to get this cache out.
