High up Summit Road one may find Son Kim Monastery and Meditation Center. A peaceful place, away from the distractions of the world you may visit the temple and surroundings. Visitors are discouraged from bringing their pets and the gate closes at 6:00 PM.
The monastery was founded in 1983 by Master Thích Tinh Tu, who has gone on to found other monasteries, meditation centers and temples throughout the United States.
