Geocache Description:


This cache is NOT accessible from I-29 (even though the map shows it on the interstate). Please use the service road that runs east to west UNDER the interstate.

You are looking for a winter friendly blinkie. You will need a grabber to retrieve the cache, but no climbing is involved. A flashlight may also come in handy.

The container is out in the open. You should be able to find the blinkie. There are just a lot of places to look, and the coordinates are of virtually little help. This is the reasoning behind the difficulty rating.
