Little Current Harbour lookout cache is placed as part of the 2012 Manitoulin Geocache Rendezvous Event.
At this site, you will have a great view of the Little Current Harbour with the LaCloche Mountains as a backdrop and an opportunity to read a little of Little Current's historical beginnings. If you stood here in 1850's you would have seen a clearing with 6 birch bark wigwams, a shanty where George Atotossaway and his wife Sara lived, and a stockade. Read more if the history at the historical plaque located near the cache zone. Find the cache then sit at the table admiring the view .
