This is one of a series of caches place along or near the Skyline walkway. The caches will cover a variety of cache containers with varing degrees of difficulty and terrain. All of the caches will contain a code which may assist you in determining the location of the bonus cache. Bring your own pen or pencil.
The Skyline walkway traverses Waitaki District Councils reserves. There may be sheep grazing in these reserves and dogs must be on a lease. Take particular care during lambing time August to September.
No 3 cache is short distance from one of the starting spots of the Skyline walkway. The cache is a microsize and it will require special equipment to recover the cache.
You may have appropriate special equipment in your caching kit or, some special equipment can be found at the post at the cache site. location of the plaque Please ensure that you replace cache the correct way up and return the special equipment as found.
