TheLoneBaker: The area is indeed under maintenance. The area where the cache was is completely bulldozed. I hope to place a new cache once the construction is finished but have no way of knowing how long that will take.

A simple cache in Kemp Mill Pond / Kemp Mill Park.
When I was growing up I spent many a Saturday playing in this park and hanging out. So now I decided to hide a cache here so others might discover this small park.
This area has high muggle activity. Especially on Saturday afternoons so use stealth when retrieving the cache.
Bring a pen to sign the log.
