yvensong: Sorry for the delay. I've finally returned from being out of state and got a chance to check up on this cache today. They are getting ready to do some construction in the area, so I am archiving this cache.
As a side note, the electric box has been there all along, and the cache had been placed several feet away from the box and its fencing.
