Traditional geocache near that mentioned place.
After finding this cache, and signing the logbook, you can visit the historical Heroes Park. It offers a great view of the city (at least a part of it), especially at night. If you want to find it by night you may need a flashlight.
If necessary there is parking possibility at 46° 33.451'N 24° 34.732'E. IMPORTANT: BRING A PEN.
